Using the Platform-Frame construction system, which is ideal for multi-storey timber buildings, Sistem Costruzioni has created a block containing nine apartments on two storeys plus ground floor in record time, handling over the apartments to ERP in Lucca on a turnkey basis.
An innovative solution to social housing requirements
The building was constructed using the Casa Natura system, the construction method developed by Sistem Costruzioni that is able to guarantee excellent fire resistance and antiseismic properties, plus high levels of thermal insulation and static load resistance.
